I do love my bosscaddi and the easy use while serving my clients who also enjoy the caddi and how it frees up floor space for them and moves seamlessly around the chair. Thanks for this great product
I love the idea of the tray, but at least 3 of the 11 I purchased have had to be replaced because they completely broke off. Apparently, there is a manufacturing defect in the the metal piece that connects the tray to the bar. When it breaks, it looks like it has been sheared off. We are not hard on the trays, but still feel lilke we need to tiptoe around them so they don't break. I'm not sure why a piece of steel would break like that. In saying all that, your company has been great about replacing them although it takes a couple of months to get it. I'm just worried that after I have them for a few years, your company won't replace them as they break. I have sent pictures to you in the past and it's all the same thing.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work..
I had to change the bracket because I have an electric chair and my cylinder is bigger than the hydraulic chairs.
Now the length of the bracket is 3 inches long and I would need 1/2 inches longer because the joint presses on the disc.
About 5 years ago (model) had bought the old model and it was perfect.
I remember that the owner made a tailor-made one and it was perfect.
Now I have to return it reluctantly..
I would have loved to use it so much😢

We initially liked the idea of not have free standing color/tool trays scattered about the salon and ordered several Boss Caddi trays. However, within weeks of setting them up most ended up leaning and needed tighten every week to avoid this. Also, with in weeks at least two trays broke off from the arm and you cannot fix it in house. I reached out and Boss Caddi did replace the trays but this is becoming an ongoing issue that after simple wear and tear of a few weeks the bolt that connects to the tray just breaks. It's not sustainable to keep asking for replacements. Guess we're going back to rolling trays.
I’m a huge fan of this tray! The tray itself is large enough to hold all of my tools while I’m coloring and quick and easy to remove when I don’t need it. Feels much more sturdy than my OG plastic tray.

I ordered two trays and only received one. I brought this to the attention of customer service and sent all relevant information. The response was slow and takes roughly 48 to 72 hours per reply. All I am requesting is a simple follow up with FedEx, and for me to receive what I paid for. As for quality, the tray is fantastic aside from some small dents, smudges, and scratches that the product had when it arrived.
I purchased this item for my Fiancé who is a hairstylist and he absolutely loves the flexibility that the BossCaddi offers, how it helps him maximize his space and time (tools are readily available and within reach), and helps him remain organized and clean in between clients.
I knew I was getting something great but I didn't realize how much it would change and help the way I work. I love it!!!

I love my Boss Cadi. It has been an awesome editon to my salon suite.
Definitely a space saver in my suite. I’m a Loctician so I need clips and combs near by and this has been a wonderful addition I was even able to set up a braid rack near by without any issues.
I highly recommend this addition to your make up chair, especially for FX Makeup applications. The caddy swings around wherever you need your supplies and has actually cut time off of our applications because you don’t have to keep going back and forth from the station to grab supplies. This works so much better than a standalone tray that gets in the way of people walking through the trailer ..also it stows away for easy storage when not needed.
LOVE IT! It's so handy, and I love being able to bump into it and not have it fall over! No legs, no tripping hazard!
We at this time have only purchased one to try and the staff love it! Plan to order more in the future.
I love not having wheels collecting hair on the ground or in my way, HOWEVER, the contraption that connects to the chair tends to swing and get stuck, thus limiting the rotation of the tray and skimming across my clients back tightly because the connector piece isn’t functioning properly.
I also am kinda annoyed they came out with all black ones after I got mine…..I have two trays. I do love them though!
